ABI's 17th Annual Central States Bankruptcy Workshop
ABI's 17th Annual Central States Bankruptcy Workshop will be held at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa in Traverse City, Mich., June 17-20. Located on the shores of Lake Michigan, the area offers golf, wineries, fishing, hiking and shopping. In addition to an abundance of timely topics, this year's conference will offer a special workshop track for both consumer and business issues. One of the sessions will be of particular interest to the committee.
Panelists in the session "The Evolving Chapter 11: Current and Future Issues in Chapter 11 Cases" will discuss the recent increased use of the 363 sale as opposed to traditional reorganization plans in chapter 11 cases.
