What's New at ABI World Once you click on the Business Reorganization committee, you will notice that the left-hand navigation in blue has changed again. Within the main page, you will see a listing of the committee chairs, the committee listserves (where you can join or view the Business Reorganization committee listserve) and agendas for any upcoming meetings of the Business Reorganization Committee. In the left-hand navigation you will note that beneath “Business Reorganization” there are three new options: Minutes, Newsletter and Educational Materials. The “Minutes” page provides minutes from past Business Reorganization Committee meetings. The “Newsletter” page provides all back issues of the Business Reorganization electronic newsletter. The “Educational Materials” page provides educational materials from past conferences that address issues related to business reorganization. • The June issue of the ABI Journal included a number of articles on business reorganization, including:– “Stalking-horse Lenders and Good Faith: The Availability of Appellate Protection Under §§363(m) and 364(e) for Asset Purchasers Extending DIP Financing,” written by Robert J. Keach (Bernstein, Shur, Sawyer & Nelson; Portland, Maine); and – “How to Keep the Lights On in a REP Bankruptcy: A Case Study from Texas,” written by Diana M. Woodman (Thompson & Knight LLP; Houston) and John D. Baumgartner (Chiron Financial Group Inc.; Houston). • Stay abreast of the latest bankruptcy-related news by reading the Daily Bankruptcy Headlines at ABI World. • Looking
