ABI's 17th Annual Northeast Bankruptcy Conference
ABI's 17th Annual Northeast Bankruptcy Conference and 5th Annual Northeast Consumer Forum will be held at the Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club in historic Brewster, Mass., July 8-11. The resort provides access to the beautiful beaches of Cape Cod Bay as well as the Cape's only Nicklaus-designed golf course. This year's meeting offers the best regional speakers, discussion of timely topics and is sure to offer something for everyone. Two of the sessions will be of particular interest to the committee.
Panelists in the session "Pig or Hog: Ethical Issues Revised by the Employment and Compensation of Professionals" will discuss issues surrounding hiring and compensating professionals who are brought in during a reorganization.
