ABI's 12th Annual New York City Bankruptcy Conference will be held at the New York Marriott Marquis on May 24 with the ever popular primer course, "Bankruptcy Fundamentals: Nuts & Bolts for Young and New Practitioners" held on the preceding Friday. The conference will once again host a faculty of bankruptcy judges and practitioners from the top national insolvency firms. Panelists in the session "Cross-Border Issues Affecting Chapter 11" will explore the basics of chapter 15 and cross border restructuring issues with both chapter 11 and chapter 15. William Q. Derrough of Moelis & Company in New York will moderate. Panelists will include Kenneth A. Buckfire of Miller Buckfire & Co., LLC in New York, Dennis F. Dunne of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP in New York, Hon. Cecelia G. Morris of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court (S.D.N.Y.) in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., Jeffrey S.
