  • Read the latest "Cracking the Code" article by Aaron E. Kornblum titled, In re Spookyworld: Corporations Not Entitled to Sue for Damages Under §362(h). Thoroughly evaluating the pertinent statutory language, legislative history and policy concerns, the court joined a plurality of other federal circuits in holding that corporations do not constitute "individuals" authorized to sue under §362(h).

  • The Bankruptcy and Insurance Law Manual is available through the online publications catalog. Written by ABI member Susan N.K. Gummow (Clausen Miller; Chicago), the Manual covers the basics of insurance law for the bankruptcy professional, as well as bankruptcy principles for the insurance professional.
