ABI's 28th Annual Spring Meeting - Committee Session Materials Now Available

.

The Legislation Committee will present a session entitled “Bankrupting the Trustee: Coping with BAPCPA’s New Burdens on Chapter 7 Trustees in Business Cases” on Friday, April 30 at 4:15 p.m. Panelists will discuss post BAPCPA trustee obligations that are beyond the realm of typical expertise, such as administering employee benefit plans, patient rights, records and privacy. Prof. Jack F. Williams of Georgia State University/BDO Seidman LLP in Atlanta will moderate. Panelists will include Hon. Joan N. Feeney of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court (D. Mass.) in Boston, Robert C.
