Layman of Global Vision Group (formerly chief economist at Visa USA), who discuss the causes and consequences of personal bankruptcy.

    The first installment of the series, “Trends in Corporate Filings,” a discussion on the coming developments in corporate reorganization, and the second installment featuring excerpts from Stuart Varney's (of CNBC's "The Wall Street Journal Editorial Board with Stuart Varney) speech before attendees of the 2002 Winter Leadership Conference are also available online.
