ABI's 6th Annual Mid-Atlantic Bankruptcy Conference

ABI's 6th Annual Mid-Atlantic Bankruptcy Conference will be held on the Eastern Shore at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay in Cambridge, Md. August 5-7. This year's meeting offers the region's best speakers, who will discuss everything you need to know in this economic climate. Come for the educational sessions and networking events and stay for the hotel, which is beautifully situated on the banks of the Choptank River. Two of the sessions will be of particular interest to the committee.

Panelists in the session "Inter-creditor Issues" will discuss intercreditor agreements between first and second lien holders and the effect of these agreements in the bankruptcy process. Inter-creditor Issues

Panelists in the session "All About the Benjamins: Trends in Financing" will discuss trends towards limited financing with greater risk, the shift towards prenegotiated cases and the greater use of § 363 sales.
