You will also find the concurrent session titled "What Every Bankruptcy Lawyer Should Know about Balance Sheets, Financial Statements and Related Financial Information" an interesting read. This session was focused on identifying questions that must be answered in order to properly advise and assist a client, fundamental concepts of the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, international financing and fraud, and also gave a variety of charts and graphs to better show these overlapping accounting principles.
