Wining and dining in Los Angeles

On Nov. 9, the ABI Endowment held a wine dinner at the Griffin Club in Los Angeles, with proceeds benefiting the ABI Anthony H.N. Schnelling Endowment Fund. The event featured a night of networking at one of the city’s premier social clubs, complete with happy hour, dinner and wine, as well as a wine silent auction. “After three years away, it was amazing to be back in person for the L.A. Wine Dinner,” said ABI Vice President-Development Christopher A. Ward of Polsinelli (Wilmington, Del.). “It was refreshing to have over 130 attendees at a new venue to celebrate the Endowment.” The event raised approximately $12,000 for the ABI Endowment.

Thanks go to all of the silent auction participants. The winners included Eric S. Kurtzman and Travis K. Vandell of Stretto (Irvine, Calif.), Michael Neumeister of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP (Los Angeles), Victor Owens of East West Bank (Pasadena, Calif.), Lewis S. Rosenbloom of Rosenbloom Advisors (Highland Park, Ill.), Michelle Salazar-Rosenbloom of KCC (Venice, Calif.), Randye B. Soref of Polsinelli (Los Angeles) and Matthew P. Sorenson of Development Specialists, Inc. (Los Angeles).

The ABI Endowment also thanks the following firms for sponsoring this event: Axos Global Fiduciary Banking; BakerHostetler; B. Riley Advisory Services; Danning, Gill, Israel & Krasnoff, LLP; Donlin, Recano & Company, Inc.; Development Specialists, Inc.; DLA Piper; East West Bank; Force 10 Partners; Omni Agent Solutions; Onyx Asset Advisors, LLC; Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP; Polsinelli; and Stretto.
