Endowment Hockey In Tampa A SUCCESS

Endowment supporters gathered on February 21 (the first day of the Alexander L. Paskay Memorial Bankruptcy Seminar) to see the Tampa Bay Lightning triumph over the Anaheim Ducks. A big “thank you” goes to Shumaker Loop & Kendrick LLP/Steve Berman for hosting the event in the firm’s suite at Amalie Arena, to Hilco Corporation and KCC for sponsoring, and to everyone who attended this fun event. All proceeds benefited the Anthony H.N. Schnelling Endowment Fund.

Two East Coast Events on the Horizon

Baseball Game at ABI’s Annual Spring Meeting: On April 19, watch the Washington Nationals take on their neighbors, the Baltimore Orioles, from a private suite at Nationals Stadium (Washington, D.C.). This event will be held in conjunction with ABI’s Annual Spring Meeting, taking place April 20-22. Tickets cost $300 and include food and beverages. The suite has been generously donated/sponsored by BakerHostetler/Don Workman.

New York Endowment Reception: Join us May 23 (the evening before ABI’s New York City Bankruptcy Conference) to network with industry friends and support the ABI Endowment. BakerHostetler has graciously donated its office space, which is only four blocks from the conference hotel, to host this event. Registration will open soon, and there is availability to firms that would like to sponsor this event.
